Finding Courage to Bring Balance

The journey to self-mastery involves tackling internal self-critiques with mercy, compassion, and self-love, enabling the transformation of shortcomings and traumas before they’re projected onto others. It’s important to consciously address these issues with forgiveness, first of self and then of others. Conscious living can prevent causing harm to others or one’s self. Tracing back to Christ’s teachings, overcoming ‘missing the mark’ in life involves self-correction informed by forgiveness, mercy, and love. This process can be supported by daily practices connecting with the Divine Source, such as prayer and meditation.
