I find great joy and resolve looking through my journal ramblings and visual representations of the past. Both a visual journal entry and written journal entries are included in today’s Blog Post as I gear up for another workshop on using these techniques for personal growth and spiritual awakening\/development. I may not have daily entry practices, but find myself involved in a collective energy over a period of days to write down or draw my inner musings. It takes time to embody the wisdom that resides within, which is why as I’ve moved more into Reiki and the healing arts, I find myself encouraging others to practice writing or visually journaling their thoughts and experiences. I’ll be using a few snippets of a rather lengthy November 16th, 2022 entry while contemplating and constructing this Blog post. Enjoy the ramblings of a Divine Feminine Warrior and Energetic Artist!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening lines of the post read, “We are in a holding pattern of creation. In the past, the masculine ‘Braveheart moment’ aspects of freedom were deeply rooted in trauma based programming. We now have the opportunity to embody a NEW, feminine template of ‘Love’ created by balancing the masculine and feminine aspects of our dualistic world.” How very interesting that even after a year of recognition, collectively our world seems to still be sitting with a war template looming with fear being projected all around us. Do we sit and wait for a quintessential ‘hero’ to ‘save’ us from our inadequacies? Do we SPEAK up in love in effort to balance the energies of hate and divide? Do those of us who are mothers allow our children to be sacrificed at the musings of bloated egos, power, control, corruption, and greed? I believe humanity is swinging in this epic pendulum waiting for a collective move toward loving our neighbor as ourselves, and Christ Consciousness is supporting this awakening moment in a majority of humanity where continued suffering takes a back seat to love, healing, and compassion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing, “…the extreme lack of love for self and humanity, and tat violence, war, greed, control, and power have created the current world we reside in. The hard TRUTH is inevitable AND to choose change is the only way through it. We are so much stronger than many perceive, and the exact things that show us our strength can be what holds us back. It is the FEAR, hardships, and trauma that ARE the blessings AND the proverbial ‘curse.'” What is there to gain from letting our ego run away with our human traits without restraint from the gifts of the Spirit?? Enough of the ancestral patterns of self destruction, we desire more than that, yet we trick ourselves into thinking we are not worthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Diamonds are not created in an instant, nor do they know their own beauty. They are created under extreme pressure over great periods of time. They are uncovered\/discovered by those who appreciate their beauty.” A stone of great beauty and strength, it can slice through the hardest of materials. Humans can be like diamonds. Breaking the trauma cycles with courage. Finding grace, forgiveness, and compassion for one’s own self will bring about the ability to share the same sentiment with others. AHHHH, but it hurts, and its confusing, and it makes me feel completely isolated and I’d rather feel ‘safe’ and cope than face the TRUTH.” Can you see this playing out in grand form in our world as I write this? Do you see how globally placed media, along with social media platform AI algorithms are placating fear to disempower innate human ‘spiritual’ abilities? By idols creating misaligned ideologies relegating us to an ignorant physical mass of cells? Do we really believe we NEED something outside of ourselves to be safe, loved, worthy, human even? All questions to contemplate and conclude where our beliefs and truths emerge, either from within our being, or from another and their opinion?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Human emotions are necessary, yet we must not fear the feels. We can flow through them and not remain attached, as a spiritual Soul experiencing life as a human, we are NOT the emotions, they do not hold power over us unless we allow them to. Observe them, feel them, and move through them, just like the current state we find ourselves in. See the illusions for what they are, a program designed to pull us out of our Spiritual knowledge and have us merely act and react as a human separate from our Soul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Truly the human journey is about perception. Are you a victim of your circumstances pointing to external causation, or are you empowered by them? We are tasked with answering this question AND with finding the courage and fortitude to take each step into our own power granted by the Supreme Creator and use the Gifts of the Spirit to hone skills and create a personal tool kit, along with the armor of God to BE actively serving within humanity creating from the place of Love and compassion with our specific set of skills.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In wrapping up today, I am encouraged by conversations I have with those individuals who see the illusory world, false safeties and narratives, and bizarre ideologies which seem to be delivered to merely ‘save the face’ of old power structures and are not necessary for the majority of humans. We must CHOOSE to move on of our own accord and pull the plug on feeding the beast seeking to feed itself. It’s not about perfection in what you journal, it’s simply about doing it, here is a follow up visual entry: <\/p>\n\n\n
